yep...I DO recommend Pilates(rememebr)....2 days after the leg wo.....

Thanks Velvett, but I stii have a ways to go before I'm happy. I seen your abs yesterday & I'm dreaming maybe 6 months time...........

just got back from the gym did back today...

seated rows 55/10 60/10 60/8
close grip pulldowns 60/10 60/9 60/10
Pullovers 50/8 50/8 45/8 50/7
Hypers 105/10 105/10 105/10
One arms rows 25/10 30/9 30/7


came home and made a shake with water & ice added tsp of glutamine and wafer creatine (2.5g)

Orange... and nope (didn't taste great ) so I spit the rest out in my shake and bended it all up... hehehe
