came home and made a shake with water & ice added tsp of glutamine and wafer creatine (2.5g)
Does anyone know if I should have a tbs of PB before I go to bed? (fats)
Even though I had my Shake, glutamine, creatine 30 min ago, or should I just call it a night????????
