Does anyone know if I should have a tbs of PB before I go to bed? (fats)
Even though I had my Shake, glutamine, creatine 30 min ago, or should I just call it a night????????

I would (so I wouldn't be hungry & it tastes sooo good) Don't know if thats the correct answer though :)

unless the shae was postworkout....always add some fat into a shake before bed.

I bought the 'unflavored' powder creatine last night and I just mixed it in my protein shake with the glutamine and you can't taste either one.
Shadow question on the creatine: The article I read said women load the first four days with about 20g of creatine split into two sessions then drop to 5g a day. Is that true?
 
nope...loading is not necessary.....you dont get the "immediate" benefits, but they will still be there...a little at a time and you dont:

1 - Waste 90% of the load

2 - Dont have gastric distress
 
Yeah I meant I will change the totals that I consume. I'm not that much of a she-bitch to you that I have to change my log. :qt:

It'll be even more hillarious if someone follows my log and does consume that much creatine and then they feel like they are going to pop with gastric distress. Yeah I think my imagination is more amusing and likely, then someone actually following and consuming it.
