Shadows project.....

it happens.....I overloaded once and had coffee behind it...not good

I could imagine the bathroom would be relabeled to "The Shadow"...

Pretty funny.... With drinking more water and having to go the bathroom more because of it I actually was dreaming last night about finding a bathroom.

Well I eat enough food at 1700 cal. I actually feel pretty good with the food level. Not sure if I'm over doing the calories, but I think it's pretty good for trying to gain muscle. What do you think? You saw the photos.
 
Ithink its a good stating point.....everyone responds differently.......after two weeks and a follow up bf test we can fine tune
 
The last BF test I did was on JAN 12th, so I'll give you an update on the 26th then? That will be 10 days after I had my original photos done. The last time I measured was also JAN 12th. My weight has fluctuated though in the past week. Could be due to the time of month. Jan 12th = 138.8, Jan 13th = 137.2, Jan 14th = 135.8, Jan 17th = 137.4, Jan 18th = 137.4, Jan 19th = 136.2
Weight is taken in the morning, after using the bathroom every day.
 
yep..that will be fine.

good job on the scales...be consisitent......perfect.

Hey Shadow, with the above WO I did last night is there anything you would change?
I did the extra 'one arm rows' cause I LOVE THEM :mix: :mix:
I also did the extra cause I do not feel it working in my back when I do the pullovers.
Also, I've had 3 personal trainers in the past 3 years, and each have a little different direction on the seated rows... my question is; does my back stay straight, does not move or do I extend forward with the cable for a stretch????
I hope I explained this properly....

YES - DROP THE ONE ARM ROWS OR THE SEATED ONES...SAME EXERCISE...IF YOU KEEP THE ONE ARM DBS...BU SURE TO PULL AS IF YOU ARE STARTING A LAN MOVER - IE - NOT STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN

THEY WORK LATS NOT MIDBACK...SOYOUWONT FEEL THEM THERE...YOU SHOULD BE SORE TO THE BACK OF THE SHOULDERS, UNDER THA ARM PITS AND DOWN THESIDES...IF NOT - GO HEAVIER

SLIGHT STRETCH...BACK TO PERPENDICULAR AT COMPLETION OF ROW

Ya you did

so with the Pullovers I should go heavier ( I find these akward...)

And I can do the one arm rows instead of the seated rows if I want (but ...I'll just follow what ya give me your the boss ;))


I have a secret... I've always wanted to do a chin up.... shhhh don't tell anyone.... :p
