I I'D RATHER BE DEADLIFTING New member Jun 30, 2002 #13 Conventionals- bar 3-4" in front of my shins before pulling. Wide sumos- Bar tight up against the legs. Bar scrapes the shiat out of my legs, commence bleeding.
