yesterday i did these for the first time. My back seems to be fairly sore. I don't know if it is my existing injury flaring up worse, or just a 'new' soreness in the muscle. Anybody who does these feel their low back is more sore the next day ??
i did these with a mini band just for rehab purposes for my lower back about a week ago. my glutes and hams were sore for a couple days but not really my lower back
maybe i did them wrong too, ya know. hehe, i was basically doing wild pelvic thrusts to avoid tipping over because to get good tension w/ a mini band, i had to step forward about 7 feet
