Weight 259.4

Today I decided to stay home as I only got 3 Hrs sleep last night. Rest is very important. Trying to eat more carbs as I think I have been way under what I should have been eating the last couple weeks. I think it took longer for the semaglutide to completely leave the system or maybe it just takes the body longer to adapt to not having it again. Glycogen finally feels like it is starting to store much better now. Been getting aprox 325 grams protein and 400-500 grams carbs on training days and 350 grams protein and 400 grams carbs on non training days the last few days. Weight finally starting to climb fast now. I wonder if I should cut the cycle short when I hit a certain weight? What do you guys think? The rate I am going I will be 285 by the end of this cycle. I dont know if that would be healthy. Is there anything I can take for blood pressure? Anything that PSL has that would help? Would it be fine to just use 20mg Cialis every day instead since it was originally developed as a blood pressure medication?

i think you should have a weight you want to hit and stop gaining lets say 265 imo thats best

BP try using some beet root and decrease sodium, tadalafil wont work i tried lol
