is it possible to modify the ANPB diet by eating the PB only for certain meals?possible, but not a good way to go; there is a reason it's called the ALL NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER DIET - get my drift
As long as your carbs stay under 100g/day and your fats/proteins are proportional you should see similar results right?no
I'm just worried that after a few days I'll get really sick of PB and I'd like to mix in some eggs or Chx salads, etc.that's why you add a refeed day once a week
Also, is any fiber supplementation recommended or is there enough in the PB?enough in ANPB, but if you wish take 15g psyllium husk fiber before bed
Finally, with the whey, I usually mix it with about 8oz of skim milk, should I go w/water instead?go w/ water
I'm looking to cut about 15-20 lbs (currently 6'2, 220, 13%bf)
If this diet will drop about 2 pounds a week I'm all in.
Sound reasonable? all depends on your cardio, but 2lbs. of fat vs. 2lbs. of weight is a big difference; I don't think you could do 2lbs. of fat: assume a 6 day/wk diet, 2lbs. of fat = 7000 cal (3500x2), that's 7000/6 = 1166cal deficit per day, not likely
