o.k. bro's with real life IGF experience..... please post up your pre and post workout drinks while on IGF for 4-5 weeks... what type of protein are you using?, what else do you put in your drink? id like to know what nutrients IGF users are intaking before lifting, then, within 15 minutes after lifting, shooting the IGF into the freshly worked body parts and what youre taking in as a post workout shake... any and all answers/suggestions are welcome... thanks bro's.
