Okay - Newbies come here left and right asking for cycle help - but they rarely go over to the diet forum to get the most important info.
Many of you bulk by eating everything - that is not what I am looking for. I am looking for people to post thier diet that they bulk on without gaining much if any fat.
A sample day of mine looks like this:
7:00 10 Egg Whites(One yolk), 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 raisan bagel
10:30 8 OZ white chicken, 1/2 cup cottage cheese
1:00 8 oz lean red meat - 1 cup of salad 1 tbls olive oil/vinigar dressing
4:00 1 scoop muscle milk - 1.5 scoops of Isopure AGB whey
7:00 (Post workout) 8 oz lean red meat, 1 cup white rice, and Same as 4:00
10:00 8oz lean red meat
If I wake in the middle of the night - I have another shake like 4:00
I try to keep most all of my carbs to first meal of the day and post workout. Keep in mind I am striving for lean mass gains.
