Genetics has given me slender shoulders, upper body width. Even at 172lbs i still look leaner, fitter then a massive percentage of guys in the gym.
My goal is to take a 10 week period off and then start another cycle, over the past 12 months my nutrition, training style and knowledge has changed and i feel this will push me.
Overall goal, 194lbs at 9% bodyfat. i know 22 lean lbs is not easy but over the next few years, why not.
I'm really intregued as to peoples oponion to IGF, post cycle, some guys in the guy adviced me to take it to keep my body anabolic, i have read up about it but no were mentions it post cycle, they all talk about taking it as part of the course.
Any one ever used it?
