Please review my bulking plans - Diesel stack + diet

Ok, so I'm 30 ~198 5'10" BF is guessing around 17%. Plans are to add strength and size while NOT getting any fatter.

I ordered a diesel stack but need some help filling in the holes in my diet plan. I'm running about 3000-3200 cal now. Want to bump to 3800 or so when the stack arrives. Looks something like this:

meal #1 6 egg white 1 yolk, 3/4 cup of oatmeal (dry weight), handful of blueberries, cinnamon, and tblsp of **smart balance omega's in said oatmeal, 16oz *FF milk

Meal #2 I'm out of Meal replacement, that would go here. Need a cheap suggestion as I have very little money. (laid off)

Meal #3 5oz chicken breast, 1 cup boiled brown rice (1 tblsp **smart choice omega's in rice), large spinach salad w/ tomato, sunflower seeds, balsamic vinegar

Meal #4 See meal # 2

Workout

Meal #5 Whey Isolate (50g) & Waxy Maize (65g), handful of almonds

Meal #6 5oz. Chicken, Spinach salad w/ tomato, balsamic vinegar

Meal #7 Can of tuna (mixed in either natural yogurt or Mayo made from olive oil, haven't decided) 24 oz *FF milk

* Drank fat free for years, last couple times I tried moving up to 1% I shit my brains out I guess I developed an intolerance, so I think Whole is out of the question

** I'm using this instead of Fish oils to help add some taste to the rice and oatmeal and to avoid another purchase.

When making suggestions please keep in mind that I am on a very limited budget. I was recently laid off, so now I just go to school. Thought I would try to squeeze in a 30 day balls out session while I have the extra time.
