Ok, my body just doesn't seem to like carb's, but if I don't eat any and try to go a day without any at all AKA all protein or atkins I get craving like Im still hungry even after some tuna or chicken..

I feel fit when I eat no carb's just protein and supplent with multi vitamins and amino acids.. Is this feeling only ofr the first few days?? I haven't ever made it past that casue I felt bad from no carbs.. I have fine isulin/suger levels and so on, but want to drop weight and feel good..
also any suppl. you can recommend I would be greatful.
