PLEASE CRITIQUE DIET! Will post weekly updates with pics.

Just an update. It's my refeed day today. I had 6 egg whites and fruity pebbles w/ skim milk, then more fruity pebbles later on with some almond oven-fried chicken (got the recipie from the Muscle Food board), then some yogurt, then a can of tuna with another bowl of fruity pebbles. After my workout and cardio right now, I'll have a myoplex with the rest of the fruity pebbles, then at night, yogurt/cottage cheese/whey protein.

I had cravings like no other last night and this morning. Now they're pretty much gone since I've been eating all those fruity pebbles. I've kept the fat at pretty much zero except the fat in the cereal itself, and some from the chopped almonds in the chicken.

Looking forward to another week ahead of me. More pics on Monday. Thanks to everyone who's posted so far. Keep me motivated!

Also, I refuse to take fish oils or flax seed oil. They both make me want to vomit.

almond butter is a tastey alternative to flax, pick up fish oil caps its costs a little more but its good to have

great job - keep posting the pics, it should keep you motivated knowing you have to face the camera....

YOU ARE DOING GREAT - KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

It's probably just the way I'm flexing. I assure you they're the same. My right hand is over my left one. Maybe that's why, I dunno. I'll try taking my next pic with my hands switched. Maybe stand somewhere directly under the light instead of off to the side.

I've done dumbbells for the past 4 months or so though on flat bench. I always use dumbells for incline though. Hardly ever do bar.

For chest though, I've had great results with the "increase your bench by 50lbs in 8 weeks" article from EAS's website that was in Muscle Media a while ago. It's a great program, and my bench went up 40lbs. My friend did it twice with a 3-4 week break in between and his went up 50 and then 30 again. You'll notice a larger chest by the time you're done with the program.

Oh, and just an update...my jelly roll is noticeably smaller when I pinch it. Thank god....
