Hi !
I competed in the bikini but now I want to compete at fitness figure. I decided to start my first cycle.
I take 10mg oxandrolone x 2/day and 5mg winstrol x 2/day.
My training is split four days a week : day 1 - legs; day 2 -chest, biceps; day 3 - back; day 4 - shoulders, triceps.
Diet is about 150g protein, 60g fat and 200g carbs, but if I feel hunger I eat a little more
My goal is gain some muscle mass, especially on the shoulders and back.
Its my 5th day on cycle, I dont feel any change except heavily sweating.
I will share with you my feelings and look forward to some advice.
