Okay how will i know if im over training?
I am currently on a cutting diet and i want to increse my cardio, i normally do 30 minutes on the tread, but thats only cuz i start getting chest pains after about 25 minutes of running, does this mean im over training or what?
I want to increase my cardio up to 1 hour so i get the full cutting effect. Any ideas to why i get chest pain and how to get rid of it??

what kind of chest pain, like your heart? if so you need to go to a doctor. if ur hurtting at 25 minutes of just running then you probably have something wrong. I read in one of your other posts you tried Xenadrine and it made your chest hurt even more.

just play it safe

Wizkid, invest in a heart rate monitor. I assume you're probably 20 and under?
If so, then keep your heart rate at 175-180 MAX.

For me, I know I'm overtraining when I can't lift as much weight as before, I get
insomnia, and my muscles all over my body get minor spasms.

Hope this helps, bro.:)

Overtraining effects your nervous system, not specific muscles (unless by overtraining you mean injuring). Generally, you'll feel very tired and withdrawn during the day and have trouble falling asleep at night if you overtrain.

Make sure you eat enough, and get 7-8 hours of sleep every night to help recover from workouts.

Insomnia, weak lifting and eye twitches (spasms) are the main signs for me.

As for getting 7-8 hrs of sleep, IMO try to get 9-10 if possible. For some of us,
it's not possible, but the more sleep you get, the better. Remember, your muscles
recuperate during sleep.

okay i never got any of those, so i guess im not overtraining, and sorry for saying chest pains, the pain is on my ride side, as if my ribs were hurting...

ahh a cramp,

Try not drinking as much, or drink but spread it out more, I often find that if I have too much water or food sloshin around I get cramps (in ribs like)

That means you are out of shape. Just keep at it, and you'll be able to go longer periods.

If you want to cut up, i really do recommend body for life's training method, I personally know 2 people in real life that have done it, and in 10 weeks, it's like wow cool. The training is upper body monday, tuesday you do cardio for 20 MINUTES, no longer, but you up the intensity as you go. Then legs and abs wednesday, then cardio thurs, upper body friday, cardio saturday, and rest and eat like whatever you want sunday. Then you start off with legs on monday this week. lifting routines are only 45 minutes.
