Our Weaknesses

1) I can be lazy
2) I procrastinate
3) I have a negative self body image that I just can't shake
4) I HATE cardio -- so I rarely do it, but I love to walk, so I do that....
5) I love food & drinks -- when I overdo it, it's a doozy!!

i feel ya on that one. I luuuuv to drink . redbull + vodka , Miller Light , mmmm, sitting out on the patio at a Mexican restaurant eating tortillia chips and sipping on a Margarita.............

Though the redbull + vodka combo will keep u up all night w/ the partiers, and I do some really stupid stuff on that lil' cocktail :worried:

Girlllllllllll, we'd be a terror at the bars!!

My hubby is a drinker too -- drinks pretty much every nite & it's really hard for me to watch him & not partake..... :rolleyes:

I have a temper too.....my Irish side....

ha! so is mine!!!! i make him feel guilty about it though. But I'm the one who cant handle myself! :p

My fave cheat is boneless hotwings (captain morgan sauce) and miller light. mmmmmm. But I have vowed to only drink on Saturdays, so i could not possibly go there now that I've thought about it............. ;)
 
1. When I crack...I binge. Inhale. Think Hoover. Can eat an entire bag of doritos or 1lbs. bag of M&M's in an hour. Luckily I don't usually keep that stuff around.
2. I sleep too much. I wish I couldget up earlier...then I wouldn't have to do my workouts in the PM. but it's all I can do to drag my lazy butt out of bed at 7:30 to make our high protein lunches and our breakfast protein smoothies, shower and be at work by 9am. Not a morning person. :(
3. I really need to incorporate Yoga to counteract my stiffening from lifting, and running and to help my scoliosis...but I just make so many excuses.
4. Like Nelly Furtado sings. I don't know where my soul is. I'm perpetually lost in my "purpose" in life and often find myself depressed and demotivated by it. This is the most important issue that needs fixed. It's also the hardest. My personal kampf.
