Our Weaknesses

I thought I start a thread so that we can pinpoint our weaknesses in black & white print. I think this little exercise will help make some of us overturn our weaknesses and makes them strengths. I'll start.

1. I get distracted easily.
2. I'm unorganized. If I would actually plan my meals, I'm sure I would do much better.
3. I don't own a cooler thingy to carry my foods in.
4. I don't use Fitday out of sheer laziness.
5. I don't drink a gallon of water every day, close, but still not enough because I weigh 2 and change I really should be drinking 2 gallons a day.
6. I'm unorganized.

Just looking at the above, I think I'll attack my lack of organization first. If I can do that, I think it will cancel out the other points.

So whose next?

my weakness is drinking too much when I drink.....

people - social activities people make me feel stupid for being on a diet and I give in.

a time slot between 8:00 and bedtime i am likely to overeat, but i've taken care of that......

cheat meals can get out of control, but rarely - i think i've taken care of that too

too much sf gum.

my main weakness being drinking. I only drink once a week or less, but when i do, its a doozy. :)
 
In terms of training:

I get by on what little genetics I have.....I dont do cardio and my diet on a year-round average, is about a 5.5....

I dont get to bed until late - usually between 11:30 and 12:30 and Im up at 6:30...
 
I'm perfect...I have no weaknessess. :rolleyes:


...ok, furreal...where do I start?

I think sleep is a huge-o one for me. Having a tiny tot to chase non-stop tends to cut in on the sleep time.

Cardio 6 morns a week= check
getting BACK to the gym every night for some weight action= not exactly check.
 
Hmnnnnnnnnnnn as far as training:

I pick exercises that I like, and tend not to want to swap them out for something I don't like.

I don't squat all the way down. I don't use my heels enough.
