I am doing 3 days a week weights and 3 days a week running. I am trying to drop my BF a bit since I am around 13% according to my calipers. It has been working so far. I am 5'11" and I was 199 a month ago, now I am 189 and I have gained a half inch on my arms. Once I get lower BF it will be time to get back up to 199.
