Is it ok to train sometimes for two days in a row butdifferent muscle groups? I have had a terrible headache today, so Icould not train. Want to workout tomorrow to compensate for today, and then the day after tomorrow is my next scheduled workout day, soI wonder if it is ok. Thanks

For sure it is! I think that most people that workout more then 4 times a week does this so there is no harm at all in doing this!

If you feel like it, and you don't end up trainingevery single day – it is fine to train for two days in a row, especially, if you are going to work on different muscle groups. Justmake sure to have regular rest, and give your muscles time to getrecovered.

Ok - that sounds good to me! I though that maybe there are some more general aspects of the health and body that do not allow to train every day, but if it is ok, then cool.
