Ok final thoughts on late night

I would stay away from carbs at night, insulin response blunts T and HGH secretion, other than that, as long as it fits into your daily caloric requirements (maintenance, cutting, bulking) it's all good - pro+fat (meat, fish, eggs, cheese, powder, fish/flax/olive oil), plus fiber maybe, for sustained amino digestion and assimilation.
 
so, the consensus would be......maybe a shake and a bar...or some peanuts???? Skip out on the veggies>>>>>
 
do you train 1st thing in the am or eat? Feeling like I'm not hungry when I eat just before bed unless I do something (cardio) first...........think I need to turn down the calories?
