Nothing but triples for strength. Anything over 3 reps=warmup

no im saying i dont have to run on the tredmill to get cut up for summer all i havr to do is do higher reps on certain exercises and it gets my muscle cut!

I disagree ... if I were training purely for strength, yes my max effort stuff would be all heavy triples. But when doing explosive/power work, I'd hit 8-10 reps.

Just as a side note, NASM, my certifying body...their strength training recommendations are almost identical to westside save recommending that ME and speed work be supersetted. And what's great is they're recommending this westside-style routine for ALL CLIENTS! hah I love it
