They have increased my speed out of the hole for deads somethin' fierce.:)

Well when I can powerclean 300lbs, I can dead 600lbs :)

In theory anyway. most olylifters who can powerclean 300+lbs tend to be able to deadlift 600lbs.

We'll test that theory about this time next year.:D I plan to be pulling 600 by then or before.

I think I would have the hardest time catching that much weight. Does high-pulling 300 count?:D

well if you can pull it up to shoulder height without muscling it up with your upperbody then it should correlate well :)

well I feel I'm getting mightly close to powercleaning 240-250lbs, perhaps I could deadlift 500 now :p

I'll give it try next week just to see how much I can high-pull. I normally high-pull around 205-215. But the focus is strictly speed. Never tried for a PR on them before.

I know I can't catch 240-250. That's impressive, man. Give 500 a try. Just keep your ass down this time....:D
