Night shifts and lifting

I work about half night shifts....I usually lift before I go in to work but really not sure if thats the most beneficial time for me to lift. I work 13 hrs on nights so my body would have to wait atleast 14 to 15 hrs before I get to rest. Should I lift after I get off in the am and be able to get to rest sooner?

Your body us doing the greatest amount of repairing while sleeping.

I used to train in the early am at one point and I had great workouts and gained just fine.

I think you are better working out first. If you lift after a 13 hour shift you are likely going to have less juice in ya to give it 100%.

As long as you are eating and sleeping well I don't see any issue at all with working out and then working.
