ive done 1 cycle but am still fairly new to weight training. i jsut started doing a new routine that looks like this:
mon-tris
tues-bis
wed-back shoulders
thurs-calves
fri-chest
sat-legs (except calves)
sun- off
for a few days after i do tris anda few days after i do chest my muscles are sore. this happened to me when i just started to lift and is now happening now that im on this new routine. the pain does not bother me but my question is - is it a bad thing to have your muscles sore or does that just mean they're growing
