Feeder workouts

I'm looking forward to reading your log.
I think as a newbie you should try a total body workouts for the first few months.
 
Most all professional. Bodybuilders will do split routines.

That includes guys like Rich Piana who were definitely on top of their game.
 
Tell us more about what you're trying to accomplish and what do you been doing so far?
Get your log up. Let's see what you're made of.
 
Definitely not a good idea to over-train like that. You will cause injuries between tendons, ligaments, joints, and muscles. Just not worth it. The time you grow is when you are resting so you need to give your body that time to recover.
 
Want to hear your thoughts on this. I think in the long run they can be counterproductive for hypertrophy, especially since I am not on juice(off now), the thing is I have a lot of free time and can get horny very easily, so should I pump iron 4-5 times per day/body part?

I've read how some prisoners did like 200-300, hell, even 500 push-ups per day sometimes.

U know the big dawg Rich Piana said to do 500 or even more reps but he was on cycle all time (dude was boss full of $$). Since while good workout lowers my appetite for some time (tho shake is here after it) i am not on bulk rn as i said so more important question is can they help me or even add some inch to weakest parts esp (arms/chest).

I also bought some books to read and started watching new shows to spend time on quality, but as a current neet I still have a lot of free time...
