Need help with back bulking

Hey guys, I'm running my bulking cycle now consisting of 500mg sust, 400mg deca, 280mg of dbol, 2mg of armidex per week.

My training looks like this
1.)Chest
2.)Arms
3.)Shoulders
4.)Off
5.)Back
6.)Shoulders
7.)Off

No legs due to knee injury which is going to need some time to heal :(

I'm not retaining much mass in my back, can anybody direct me to some good articles for back training?

What exercises are you currently doing for your back? Rep range? Weight?

Barbell B/O rows 185lbs 10 reps X 3
T-bar rows 185-215 X 3
Seated rows 80lbs X 5
Lat pulldowns 150 drop sets X 5
Assisted pull ups X 5 till failure

ROWS. You shouldnt have started a cycle if you can't train legs anyway. But if you want a huge thick wide back nothing will slab muscle on it more than rows. Barbell rows. Tbar rows. Dumbell rows

Good staple back exercises, and deads are a good back mass builder, but also add in some close grip pulldowns, pullovers, wide grip pulldowns & rows, change your hand positioning and try to really concentrate on feeling the muscles work, feeling the different muscle angles, and squeeze the fuck out of each rep...perform static holds on your last rep, slow on the negatives...feel me???

Maybe even lighten the weight and really crush the contractions?

That is what I refer to as the squeeze...squeeze and flex the back with each rep, you control the weight...don't let it control you.

Mind to muscle connection bro!

I was having some trouble getting my back thick and then I threw a kitchen sink of different rows into my back work outs. Bent over rows with the barbell with hands both over and underhand grip. Dumbbell Lawn mower pulls. Tbar rows. Put the bench at an incline get reverse on it so your chest is on the bench and knees are on the butt pad and do rows with dumbbells. Sit on a sixty pound dumbbell and do seated rows so it hits lower lats. Stiff legged deads regular deads back extentions. I do reverse grip pull downs with bi's and dumbell pullovers with tri's. always hold the contraction of each rep. And vary your rep ranges from week to week so it never gets used to it. I rotate weeks one week is four exercises four sets of ten per muscle the next week is three exercises ten sets of ten per muscle and then a third week of four exercises four sets of anywhere from fifteen to thirty. (Push yourself to do these in an hour or less) You just gotta keep your body guessing or at least I do this has worked very well for me
