I was having some trouble getting my back thick and then I threw a kitchen sink of different rows into my back work outs. Bent over rows with the barbell with hands both over and underhand grip. Dumbbell Lawn mower pulls. Tbar rows. Put the bench at an incline get reverse on it so your chest is on the bench and knees are on the butt pad and do rows with dumbbells. Sit on a sixty pound dumbbell and do seated rows so it hits lower lats. Stiff legged deads regular deads back extentions. I do reverse grip pull downs with bi's and dumbell pullovers with tri's. always hold the contraction of each rep. And vary your rep ranges from week to week so it never gets used to it. I rotate weeks one week is four exercises four sets of ten per muscle the next week is three exercises ten sets of ten per muscle and then a third week of four exercises four sets of anywhere from fifteen to thirty. (Push yourself to do these in an hour or less) You just gotta keep your body guessing or at least I do this has worked very well for me
