Ahh, just preparing to hit the gym for day 2 of SL 5x5. Looking forward to it. Pretty sure OHP is gonna be easy as I've reduced that most due to problems I get when I push too much in this movement. I get to increase squats today and I'm deadlifting. Nice. I love deadlifts, they've saved my lower back and seriously increased my side kick power.

Really concentrated on OHP form today. Felt good, no niggling little pains anywhere.
Nearly forgot deadlift is only one set! Still, made it the best set I possibly could.
