35 g's Hydrolyzed Whey
10 g's BCAA's
10 g's Glutamine
40g's Maltodextrin
5 Gg's Creatine

Total
55 g's Protein
40g's carb
0 g's fat
380 calories

Will taste like shit for sure. Should be effective though.
 
what is your goal right now...are you cutting or adding lbm?
it looks fine but it looks a little low..i would add some slower carbs in there and more protein..good going with the low fat,you dont want to eat any fat to close to p/wo if your spiking your insulin..

I use non flavored whey and i mix it with either grape juice or straw/cran juice..gatorade will work as well..taste damn good too..and i eat some oats as well..i usually take in between 100-150g carbs with 85 g of protein

My goal for this shake is lean body mass above anything else. I just finished a cutting phase and got down to 10% (maybe less than) bf. I want to stick there.

im considering putting in 15 g's more hydrolized whey, and another 5 g's of carbs.

This is going down as soon as i finish my workout, about 30 minutes later im going to chase it with some less expensive whey
 
i would take in 50 g of whey
and a total of 100g of carbs..ive found splitting them up so that 40-60 are fast acting and 1 cup of oats dry (54g of carbos) doesnt make me crash..

i would eat a whole food meal 1-2 hours after that.. not another shake
 
add some more carbs and protien and you should be golden but be ready for some naty tasting shit bro i have been using the hydrolized whey and it tastes pretty bad what i do is add some powdered gatorade to the mix to kill some of the taste,actually i made a mix of hydro whey and whey isolate i mix it with 80 grams dextrose 10 grams glut peptides and 5 grams creatine it works out to 45 grams pot 80 grams carbs i will have a whole meal or some sort of whole food about and hour after this has worked well for me i have done this during cutting too with good results hope this helps ya bro
 
Optimum ratio post workout is 4/1 (carbs/protein) you really don't need that much protein; past a certain point it will blunt the much needed insulin spike.
