My cutter plan - Commencing tomorrow !

Hey guys... I almost never post here (i post mainly in the anabolic board ;)

I'm starting my cutter tomorrow. a light cycle with cardio and diet

How's this plan sound :

CARBS: 25%
PROTEIN: 50%
FAT: 25%

Calories will be rotated:

DAY 1: BW X 12
DAY 2: BW X 13
DAY 3: BW X 12
DAY 4: BW X 10
DAY 5: BW X 10
DAY 6: BW X 18 - Friday ;) go out day
DAY 7: BW X 11
*BW = Bodyweight in LBS.

Cycle: WK1-12 Enathate@250, EQ@400

Supps (among others not listed)
r-ALA (100mg with every meal. 200mg post workout)
Thermorexin (2caps x 3 times a day)
Half tab Dostinex (0.25mg) every third day

Weight training 3 times a week

Cardio: 5 times a week AM Cardio(empty stomach) for 60min.
@ 150-160 pulse
Followed by 45min of no food and then eat.
 
HOnestly? You are going to loose alot of lbm on this diet. Lifting 3 times a week, and the way you are doing your cardio is not condusive to maintaining lbm. Hope you are on a heavy tren cycle, to keep you from going catabolic. Especially with that fat intake. Also, you are training your body to burn amino acids for fuel with your micronutrient breakdown. Again, this will be a problem with the low calories, catabolic nature of your morning cardio, and limited weight training.
 
I'm not trying to be overly critical btw. Just trying to give an honest evaluation of the probably results of what you are doing.
 
Thanks BodyByFinaplix, can you elaborate on what you would
do instead? (target being loosing fat and possibly even gaining a bit) ?
Do you suggest Upping the fat? the carbs? or the protein ?
(BTW: I lift extremely hard(prolly the most intense guy in the gym), so I train EOD even when on a heavy bulking cycle. I found this to be the most productive for me.)

and weight-loss (dopaminic effect)
