My second meal is typically a homemade gainer shake and some nuts. I have 3 scoops of Gaspari Myofusion, 2 scoops of oat starch, and 1oz of almonds or pistachio/almond/cashews.
My third and fourth meal is typically 8oz chicken tits, 10-15oz mashed sweet potatoes, and a tbsp of olive oil.
My post workout meal is 8oz lean ground meat, 3-4oz wheat noodles, and pasta sauce.
My last meal is 8-12oz of steak, a shit ton of broccoli or spinach, and a tbsp of fish oil.
On non workout days I will eat a protein brownie or six more eggs(depending on how sick I am of eggs lol) as my last meal.
That is basically my everyday diet. I need to total up all the macros and Kcals.
As you can see it is extremely devoid of fruit and green veggies atm. I really need to work on that. It's easy for me since I cook the chicken and sweet potatoes in advance. Oh yeah, i eat meals three and four cold everyday at work lol. Cold food ftw.
