my 2000+ calorie breakfast

if i was an ecto i would get through a meat feast pizza every day for breakfast lol, 1100 calories in the whole pizza, about 115g carbs, 48g protein, dunno about teh fat then wash it down with some good old whole organic milk :p:p:p

it works for me! :) I don't eat a lot and I am gaining lbm and loosing fat, jsut finished with some of needto's stuff!

stats? progress over the last year if you have been eating light that long?

i understand you can gain A LITTLE on cycle eating verry little but again you aint gonna get big eating like that if thats how your days meals pan out. if all you want is verry slight gradual progress and not to much size than the small diet works, but if you want mass than you like everyone else will need to learn how to beaf up the diet and put it to work rather than just getting fat from it.
 
i'm at 248 at 6'2". bf is around 20%. I havn't gotten it calculated in like a year, but that was with an electric scale thing and it was at 20%. I can see top 4 abs. I was about 248 last september 2008, then novemeber was down to 228-230. then hurt my back moving some tree at the foks after our ice storm. was out for a solid 2 months. slowly climbed back up to 240 working out and eating fairly clean eggs with whole wheat bread, a sandwich (whole wheat/ mulit grain bread and meat) and dinner or chicken/ steak and a salad. I couldn't afford much food since I've basically been unemployed since last november, but back with the folks now so I can eat, but don;t eat much. The started my cycle around 242- 243 and ended at 248.
The pics are from before my cycle. I'll post after pics tonight or tomorrow.
I'm not big by anymeans at all. I still am skinny fat, lol. it's tough at 6'2" to be "huge", but I don't want to be incredibly huge. just cutting now.

My advice would be to use the palumbo diet for 12-20 weeks, and all that fat will be stripped off, then you can start putting on mass. i only bulk when i can see all my abs and i wont start bulking until my bodyfat is under 10%. your body puts on more muscle then fat when you start with a lower bodyfat, imo. seems like you are eating clean but doesnt seem like your weight is changing much. if some what youre doing isnt working, wouldnt you say its bet to try something new? just tring to help bro.
 
Exactly. Like the late gaurdian said, if you wanna be one of the big boys, you cant just eat when youre hungry. that stuck in my head.

And sl, thats ALOT OF EGGS. i wouldnt wanna be around you at all for the following 2 days, your gas probably killed a few squirrels walking by. LMAO

I was sick bro. All those eggs plus cheese, ham, mushrooms, onions, peppers. Not to mention they ladle out some sort of transfatty liquid to grease the omelette pan. Sometimes pride and potential free food can get the best of us.

Btw... My typical breakfast is six whole omega3 eggs and four pieces of Ezekiel raisin toast. Scrambled egg raisin toast sandwiches ftw.

I was sick bro. All those eggs plus cheese, ham, mushrooms, onions, peppers. Not to mention they ladle out some sort of transfatty liquid to grease the omelette pan. Sometimes pride and potential free food can get the best of us.

Btw... My typical breakfast is six whole omega3 eggs and four pieces of Ezekiel raisin toast. Scrambled egg raisin toast sandwiches ftw.

yes, eggw hites only have 17 calories but whole eggs are packed with 80 calories, i have 6 whole eggs for breakfast as well plus alot more carbs, about 1000-1200 calories now but im just straight bulking and youre lean bulking. and im sure youre alot bigger then me. i feel much better today, i was shocked that when i added everything up, my breakfast hit over 2000 calories. do you use any weight gainers for meals or all whole food meals. im still tweaking my 7 meals diet trying to get different meals in but also thinking about throwing in 2 shakes of cytogainer by cytosports (only 5 grams of sugar which i like) cuz i dont fel like cooking so much food.

My second meal is typically a homemade gainer shake and some nuts. I have 3 scoops of Gaspari Myofusion, 2 scoops of oat starch, and 1oz of almonds or pistachio/almond/cashews.

My third and fourth meal is typically 8oz chicken tits, 10-15oz mashed sweet potatoes, and a tbsp of olive oil.

My post workout meal is 8oz lean ground meat, 3-4oz wheat noodles, and pasta sauce.

My last meal is 8-12oz of steak, a shit ton of broccoli or spinach, and a tbsp of fish oil.

On non workout days I will eat a protein brownie or six more eggs(depending on how sick I am of eggs lol) as my last meal.

That is basically my everyday diet. I need to total up all the macros and Kcals.
As you can see it is extremely devoid of fruit and green veggies atm. I really need to work on that. It's easy for me since I cook the chicken and sweet potatoes in advance. Oh yeah, i eat meals three and four cold everyday at work lol. Cold food ftw.

Oat starch, hows that taste? i was adding quick oats with protein and milk and throwing it all in the blender but the oats got old really quick, so i need something to throw in shakes to raise thee carbs without many sugars.

your diet looks solid, the sweet potatoes cold isnt that bad, but i hate cold chicken. but you gotta do what you gotta do.

i eat 6 whole eggs for meal 1 and 6 whole eggs for my last meal. easy protein and i throw on a couple slices of american cheese :biggrin: for some extra casein protein and fat to last me all night. i love bulking, but i feel bloated all day except when i hit the gym, i wait an hour and a half after me meal.
 
I use the swedish oat starch from true protein. It tastes "oaty" but it mixes very well. It would probably be better if I bought it flavored, which is an option. Protein factory has "Oat Muscle", but I haven't tried it yet.
