my 2000+ calorie breakfast

I use the swedish oat starch from true protein. It tastes "oaty" but it mixes very well. It would probably be better if I bought it flavored, which is an option. Protein factory has "Oat Muscle", but I haven't tried it yet.

Alright, ill check it out. You ready for the palumbo diet this spring? By far, my favorite way of getting lean, only 7 weeks, im gonna do it for 16-20 weeks starting march, i wanna be bigg and ripped to shreds, :evil:

I'm ready bro. I didn't let my bf% get out of control this year so I will not be cutting for long. I would like to get to ~10% within 12 weeks or less then it's back to bulk mode. The only reason I'm cutting at all is to get in that favorable lbm/fat ratio to add some serious mass this next year. I'm ready to bulk with test and eq :evil:
 
Nomak, i've only been cutting for a month. I am leaner and up in lbs, frmo needto's supps! :)
I did the same diet with help from omega and lost about 20 lbs and gained lbm in 2 months a year ago. The diet is a little different now, but I couldn't eat the best I wanted because of $$ this summer.
But I am eating clean and doing my omega training, and that is working for me. Don't worry, I know how to diet , and I know what my body likes to get rid of fat. In 3 months I'll be single digits! :)

Alright sounds like you got your gameplan all mapped out. good luck bro, keep training hard. and i agree, my grocery bull is about 100 per week when i diet, and my bulking grocery list is about 150-175 per week. i got to sam's club and my local grocery store.
 
i'm at 248 at 6'2". bf is around 20%. I havn't gotten it calculated in like a year, but that was with an electric scale thing and it was at 20%. I can see top 4 abs. I was about 248 last september 2008, then novemeber was down to 228-230. then hurt my back moving some tree at the foks after our ice storm. was out for a solid 2 months. slowly climbed back up to 240 working out and eating fairly clean eggs with whole wheat bread, a sandwich (whole wheat/ mulit grain bread and meat) and dinner or chicken/ steak and a salad. I couldn't afford much food since I've basically been unemployed since last november, but back with the folks now so I can eat, but don;t eat much. The started my cycle around 242- 243 and ended at 248.
The pics are from before my cycle. I'll post after pics tonight or tomorrow.
I'm not big by anymeans at all. I still am skinny fat, lol. it's tough at 6'2" to be "huge", but I don't want to be incredibly huge. just cutting now.

injuries suck. im glad to hear your back in the swing.
