Don't get down on yourself.
You have the rest of your life to make the improvements you want.
Take some time to appreciate what you have already accomplished!!!
 
Slat1 thanks for your kind words, but I don't think you undertand, at this point, I no longer feel down about myself, I am again happy with how I look (I wasn't for alittle while after the shows, because I got used to seeing that super lean body, not realized this is not a look I can keep all year long.)

I've been feeling bad physically, not mentality.

I'm honestly comfortable with my extra 5 lbs, I look fuller, and healthy.
 
Aug. 19th

* I feel great today about damn time * :elephant:

7:15am
Outdoor cardio
5 minute walk
1 lap around baseball field
6 sets of (60 sec. jump rope, then right after running up and down blechers 4 times)
20 minute walk
3 sets of 20 box jumps on bench

8:45am
6 egg whites
1/3C of oatmeal
1/2C blueberries
1 tbsp coconut oil
mag/cal, 1000g vit C, 1 vit. B complex

Standing calf raises 3 sets of 16 (210lbs) 3 sec tempo
seated calf raises 2 sets of 50 (5lbs) 2 sec tempo

30 min walk home
