Hey Miss24K, I'm sure if you did this already, but have you had your thyroid checked, you might want to get a full thyroid panel done.

I had these exact symptoms 2 years ago and finally found a good doc. that would listen to me, I ended up being Hypothyroid, once I got on meds. I felt 100% better. Just my 2 cents :)
 
Tests results finally back :rolleyes: and my trainer said " wow, you are SUPER healthy, keep up the good work" :elephant: thank goodness that my physical health is good, cause I think I might just explode if 1 more thing goes wrong.

I'm been eating clean. Also been feeling better physically, and have gotten my energy back. :)

The owner of the gym (I changed gyms a few weeks ago) said to me yesterday wow I don't think I've ever heard you say more than 3 words to anyone before today ( I was chatting with a girl works at the gym, before my workout) he laughed and was like seriously I thought you were really shy, or a real bitch. I said no neither my diet was killing me before, now it's better and he laughed and said well I'm glad the diet changed. lol.

I've been doing 30 to 45 minute cardio sessions in the am this week.

And yesterday's workout was: Back and tricep

4 sets of 1 30 sec, reverse chin-up
3 sets of 10-12 BB bent-over rows (50lbs)
2 sets of cable rows 10-12 (40lbs)
4 sets of 8 close grip bench press (60lbs)
3 sets of 8 cable pushdowns (50lbs)
