Session:
Week 5 - Chest, Triceps & Shoulders
Strong session with a good combination of chest and tricep movements, and finished with delts to complete the pump. Tried out some new movements today, so some of the rep ranges ended up a bit higher than planned due to me feeling out the weights, but overall volume was good and the pump came on well. Triceps work included both overhead and pushdown variations, and finished with a cable lateral raise to get blood into the shoulders. Energy was good but not as dialled in without the usual preworkout. Still got a strong pump, especially through the chest.
Cardio:
No formal cardio, but did hit 10,000 steps for the day.
Nutrition & Supps:
Pre and intra-workout nutrition attached. Used two cans of Oxyshred instead of Disorder, and while it gave a hit, it didn’t provide the usual energy or focus. Intra included water and pump juice, and hydration was solid throughout. Digestion is back on track after the weekend drop in intake.
Recovery:
Slept 8 hours and 20 minutes, though quality was patchy due to waking up a few times with a blocked nose. Body felt fine once moving and training didn’t feel compromised. Planning on an early night tonight to get back in front.
Current PEDs:
Test E 437.5mg/week
EQ 210mg/week
NPP 210mg/week
GH 5IU/day
Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.
Side Effects & Adjustments:
Injected left delt this morning with no issues- smooth pin as usual with
@UGL OZ gear. Libido continues to rise even with a bit of sickness. Blood pressure this morning was 118/72. No cialis used today.
Adjustments Made:
Some newer movements today, but worked the planned muscle groups. Training layout may shift slightly later this week depending on how the sickness progresses.
Progress Updates:
Morning weight not recorded. Muscular fullness remains good and performance is holding.
General Comments:
Tested positive to COVID this morning but symptoms remain light- just a stuffy nose and some fatigue later in the evening. Working from home for the next couple of days, so juggling kids, work and meals may shift the usual rhythm a bit. Hoping to keep the training week on track if the symptoms stay manageable.
