it is the lift most effected by your actual bodyweight...
the tren is also giving my CNS a huge boost, and those heavy lifts rely a lot on a strong CNS...
i have less fat on me, so there is worse leverages, especially in bench...
just theories, not set on one reason yet...
That's true, I guess out of those three, bench is he only one where a heavy bodyweight is helping and not hurting you. proportionally at least.
