it is the lift most effected by your actual bodyweight...
the tren is also giving my CNS a huge boost, and those heavy lifts rely a lot on a strong CNS...
i have less fat on me, so there is worse leverages, especially in bench...
just theories, not set on one reason yet...

That's true, I guess out of those three, bench is he only one where a heavy bodyweight is helping and not hurting you. proportionally at least.
 
all pic updates in galleries... taken fri 4/1, did a few sets and had a hard time capturing some of the detail... working with a couple cameras trying to find the best way to go about getting the most out of the pics... might try some outside shots later this week... will post them up next weekend for an extra update...

What Are you weighing in at right now, you look like you've added a good amount of clean mass since your last set of pics, in the most muscular one in paticular. Have you made any changes in you diet? Just curious, nice work by the way
 
the need2slin is making a good difference here... also in these pics i have some carbs in me, and are not after a long night at work... though i have a lot more i can do, and many more tricks up my sleve...
i have been eating a shit ton of protein... beef, salmon, turkey eggs... and a special diet food :evil:
the diet from here out i will not discuss until this is over... with others being within striking distance i dont feel like revealing everything im doing until it is over from here out...
ive given everyone advice on here throughout the entire competition, and am proud of everyones progress... but now it is my time to pull ahead from the rest of the pack...
nothing but chalk and hate from here on out...

i thought about it last night and this morning... decided it just didnt seem like somthing i would have to do to win... you guys do what you like, but im politely declining...
when you see me in my final pics it will be real muscle and conditioning...

that's just not right.....iv'e been doing my a.m cardio in 35-40 degree weather and if i'm lucky it isn't raining lol:mad:
 
the weather just changed here bro... i was having to take the kid in the jogger stroller with me in light rain... most days it was too windy and raining hard, so ive missed out on a lot of fasted cardio... will make a special effort to get it in every day from here on out... i can only wonder how ripped i would be if i had been able to do it every morning...
easy night at work tonight, let me off early for the first time in probably 6 months...
carbs really low right now... my performance is down at work, but not as much in the gym... will hit back, bi's and ham's tomorrow morning... time to take care of the misses and then catch up on some sleep...
