5'5" 150 7-8%? not sure on measurements, but most of my clothes are tighter in the shoulders and thighs, and looser in the waist...
...starting stats were 165 14-15% ...so thats why i was cutting CK...
current lifts on this cycle included:
425 competition raw squat
450 squat in knee wraps
507 competition deadlift
15x405 deadlifts
220 clean and jerk
220 bench
15xbw+90 dips
have vids in this log of most, if not all of these lifts...
at this point im not really losing much more bodyfat, but more or less gaining lean muscle... i have a small frame which helps a lot...
