5'5" 150 7-8%? not sure on measurements, but most of my clothes are tighter in the shoulders and thighs, and looser in the waist...

...starting stats were 165 14-15% ...so thats why i was cutting CK...
current lifts on this cycle included:
425 competition raw squat
450 squat in knee wraps
507 competition deadlift
15x405 deadlifts
220 clean and jerk
220 bench
15xbw+90 dips
have vids in this log of most, if not all of these lifts...

at this point im not really losing much more bodyfat, but more or less gaining lean muscle... i have a small frame which helps a lot...
Damn u dropped 15lbs on the scale? That's crazy cause u look twice as big lol
 
Damn you and your small frame, Moya! Hehe.. looking shredded my man. Can't wait to see in another week the final result.
 
maybe my bf% was even a bit higher than that at the start... its my small frame guys... you really dont understand how small my joints are... im a true 148 in powerlifting...
im surprised my joints can take all the beating ive given them...

Yeah now that I look back at my start pics I must have been 15% easy..... now I'm 3lbs up from my starting weight and down 5-6% bf....this has been a great experience, learned a lot from you guys
 
destroya you need to be joint concious. Meaning that you really should be using plain gelatin in every protien shake you drink bro. Trust me on this man!

VERY happy the way things are looking... brachialis popping out, ventro-glute getting CUT... better quad seperation...
