zed, thank you soooo much for having me stick with these power shrugs... best thing ive done to help my deadlift...
i did deficit pulls and that got my starting power up, but then my lockout needed work and these are doing it...
also my traps have blown up from these!
AND they are helping my grip... im not using straps on these!...
i'll try and get up a power shrug vid in the next week or so... having so much fun with these...

I would be interested in seeing a vid for power shrugs. I recently got into heavy deads an loving them,anything that helps would be great.

for sure! today is chest/tris/back and legs... but i hit back again tomorrow so i will get that vid taken then... i could always use a good critique on my form as well...

fasted cardio this morning, will post up my workout later today, going in around 3pm today so i have a chance to get some food in me...

new addition to the diet, 'egg beaters' makes some liquid egg whites... at the local discount grocery store the 16oz cartons are on sale for 1$ so i picked up quite a few... its basically 50g of egg protein in a drink... not the tastiest, but i think its a great deal... might add a bit of chocolate flavored whey to it if i can pick some up this weekend... and if you are wondering, they are real eggs, not imatation stuff...
 
bro.. workouts and vids are great.. congrats on the meet.. I would love to be able to compete one day in my life like that.. I have a ways to go though. :)

yes, i would love to attempt a PR clean and jerk right now, but i just started upping my letro dose, so im not so sure that would be the best idea... used knee wraps on my heavier squats today for the protection...
took pics this afternoon, will get them up sometime tomorrow... legs definately made the most change in this set...

it is the lift most effected by your actual bodyweight...
the tren is also giving my CNS a huge boost, and those heavy lifts rely a lot on a strong CNS...
i have less fat on me, so there is worse leverages, especially in bench...
just theories, not set on one reason yet...
