yes, i would love to attempt a PR clean and jerk right now, but i just started upping my letro dose, so im not so sure that would be the best idea... used knee wraps on my heavier squats today for the protection...
took pics this afternoon, will get them up sometime tomorrow... legs definately made the most change in this set...
