no, the tren was scheduled to end a couple weeks before the test... will be finishing the test as planned these last couple weeks, just started the need2slin and am considering running some winstrol the last 10 days... i have a vial of it left over from a cycle a loooong time ago, it just kills my joints is why i've never touched it... but i do know it can help with the finishing look, so im thinking about it... if i do, i will start on the 5th and just run it for 10 days @100mg/day :evil:
i know i have a great PCT lined up, but im honestly thinking about just going on TRT... i know i have to make that choice soon as there is not a lot of time left... i would cruise on 200mg/wk and then just blast when im preparing for a meet, i plan to do about 2 or 3 a year...

this was just a light workout to at least burn some calories... im pretty sure i was warmed up enough for the light benching... i didnt get back into town until 4:30 am... now im wishing i took the day off... not the least bit sore at all, just not enough sleep!

I've been having the same problem man its weird. I've been getting like 8-9 hours a night but its just never enough when youre really killing it.

on those two working sets of deads i was wearing a new power belt i got for the meet... had no problems there...
when i pulled today, it stuck me under my right ribcage... didnt mention it earliet because i thought it would be ok, but damn this still feels tender when i press on it...
if it dosnt improve by the weekend i will have it checked out... i will have to be carefull with the belt until it is better broken in...
epsom salt bath tonight...

zed, thank you soooo much for having me stick with these power shrugs... best thing ive done to help my deadlift...
i did deficit pulls and that got my starting power up, but then my lockout needed work and these are doing it...
also my traps have blown up from these!
AND they are helping my grip... im not using straps on these!...
i'll try and get up a power shrug vid in the next week or so... having so much fun with these...
