feeling very well rested this morning... chest not sore from friday's bench, so im getting conditoned to the 10x3 heavy workload... will hit that hard today along with the squats...
on my way in about an hour... drinking a homemade shake right now, will be adding in salmon to the diet more often now, and slowly phasing out the red meat...
i REFUSE to lose strength on this cut... :evil:

Moya,if you are dropping red meat altogether - you might want to consider a good B12 supp.

good call... im still not sure if i will drop it all together, or have a filet every couple days... as of right now i still have a ribeye (which i will trim and eat tomorrow) and a couple petite sirloins that will be gone soon... the main thing in this diet is cost, good cuts of meat are expensive!
any of our spnonsors here sell an injectable b-12? i have been wanting to try that out for some time now...
