warmup 6x135, 3x225, 1x275, 1x315... should have warmed up a little better... my thoughs after doing this...

7x5x360 made great depth on most of these, had a few high ones at the beginning and at the end as i got tired... maybe a total of 3 or 4 a little bit above parallel, most right there and sunk a few under pretty deep...

1x220 wanted to go heavier after this... just didnt feel very strong on this lift, squats did take a lot out of me.... im thinking i needed to warm up and get my blood flowing up into my upper body from my legs... or the cut is just finally getting the best of me...

im just thinking the squats wiped me out... 35 total reps with 360, i opened my last meet with 365... that is ok, as my arms have been pretty sore at work lifting the boxes... i will skip curls tomorrow, and cut the workout down to two exercises... just squats and rack pulls, if i get a chace i will vid the rack pulls... will be going to beat last weeks pulls, and the squats will be 10x3x380... will be going in later in the day so i can get in more food, and put a little more time in between todays and tomorrows squats...
time to eat... my high carb day
