im loving the power shrugs... they are also supposed to be an assistance exersise for deadlift lockout... im going to be going as heavy as i can with these, grip will be the limiting factor, but it should get that stronger as well...
i refuse to use straps...

will be putting up my pics later this morning, after my fasted cardio... super happy about this set! ive got to be about 7%bf now...

Dam destroya. Your workload is really paing off for you bro. Am way happy for you. Glad you like the power shrugs too. They really make you feel the POWER!
 
even if im at the upper end of 8% im happy... i have had this lower ammount of fat before, yet im holding quite a bit more muscle...
im thinking if i can maintain this bodyweight and still lose fat (which i believe im capable of) i will look spectacular...

breakfast...
8oz petite sirloin, trimmed as much fat as possible
1c skim milk with 1.5c whole wheat cereal
2 whole eggs
2 sclices krusteaz whole wheat french toast with some all natural honey
1/2L water

gonna work on getting in some more carbs for this afternoons workout... i consider it my cheat day, though the food is pretty damn clean, not really counting calories today...
believe it or not in those pics i was pretty carb depleted, as that was at the end of the day, after a long 12 hour shift at work with no carbs probably 6 hours before...
time to go hit up the tanning... having trouble finding a lotion that my skin likes... thankfully i have lots of different samples to try out before i choose one...
