LoL i know this is a funny one guys.....

Ok, this weekend i went to a Party in Pennsylvania for St Patties Day(yes i know its next week but they celebrated it early ). I did a whole lot of drinking, and if you have read my posts in the past, i am on a very strict cutting diet, and this is the first time i "cheated" on it. I drank alot of beers, lets say my friend threw the party and had 2 kegs there alone for the party needs. I didnt drink 50 bears but i had enough.

Now i was 186 bfore going on the trip, i came home sunday, weighed in on Monday, i weight 194 pounds! Thats alot of weight in 2 days....

Now i took two massive shits lol and dropped back down to 188. And i expect to loose the extra 2 pounds with ease again, but im wondering, has this happened to anyone before? Was i just storing the weight in my colon? or wherver it was stored? This has never happened and i want to know if anyone has expiereced this before with me! lol

P.S. back on my strict diet, so im happy again =]
 
Yes, it's happened to me. One party.....way too much beer and shots (about 15 if I remember right)......and alot to eat. 10 pounds on a long Saturday. Sunday was a loss to me, but Monday, back on track, 4 large dumps and I'd lost about 7 pounds.
There are a few ways to make sure, dump in a box and weigh it, dump in the toilet and then fish it out and weigh it or see how much the water level rises in the toilet bowl once you're done. I'm sure there's a formula for water displacement vs. dump weight (LOL).

Alcohol is a simple sugar , so its going to be stored in your muscles and unfortunately will weaken them. I wouldn't be so concerned with how much it was , but WHAT is actually in there after a long night of drinking. I'm sure a muscle loss and a fat gain is involved

I will need to research into this statement as I don't agree on it... will come back to it later...

anyway, alcohol will definitely dehydrate you and will stop fat metabolism as long as it is in your body (it takes priority, since it is a toxin and your body needs to get reid of it pronto... so all liver resoureces go to that task).

Beer in particular tends to give people the runs....specially after being off beer for a while, so if you mix dehydration, the runs, some undigested food... it would not be difficult to loose a lot of liquid weight.

Anyway, for the dump to be massive you must have eaten a lot too!!!

Count your blessings if you came out of a weekend binge of this proportion unscarred!!!
 
lol I KNOW it sounds crazy, but i really diddnt eat much, i did eat way more carbs then i would have considering i knew i was going to be drinking, SO BREADS ARE BASICALLY all i really consumed, but it was still a rather low amount of bread. I even bought ANPB on the bus with me, wich fuckin broke and RUINED my coogie pants and my sweater wich both cost over 250 bucks! Horrible! lol i tried to be healthy but GOD didnt want it! lol.
