lost and could use some help

Hey I have been back working out again for a few months now and havent really gotten my diet very good, I have seen some results but not as good as I want to. I have done some reading on diet but not an extensive amount yet. I could use a little help customizing something for me and i know there are alot of experts here to help. Looking to gain some mass and minimizing the fat gained cause I think I have too much of that already. Here is what I was thinking, have not put it in fitday or calculated anything cause im not really sure how. I am 21 5'11" and 188lbs. no idea on BF percentage, if there is someone in north york toronto that wants to measure for me that would be wicked.

8:00am- 2whole eggs and 4 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal

10:30am- slice flax bread
protein shake

12:30pm- 8oz chicken breast grilled
1 cup oatmeal
1 multivitamin

3:00pm- 2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal

5:30pm- 8 oz chicken breast
1 multivitamin
and ????

7:00pm- workout

approx 9pm- PWO shake

feel free to rip this right apart, I really cant stomach veggies very well, to me they taste like cardboard, so if someone had a way to make em tasty???

also want to go on nitrix and N.O xplode??

i would say you could use some more fats..post up the macros of everything so its easier for others to critique..

this is what i got from fitday, wow not as many calories as i had hoped for. I forgot to add in the 1st post 2 caps of flax oil at breakfast, 10:30 and at 3
