Hey!
I'm looking to start my first cycle of Var.
I want to start out mild by only taking 5mgs a day for 4-6weeks.
My current workout routine right now is a cardio, 45 mins each night with Ab exercises every second night.
My goal is to tone my stomach, he rest of my body I'm happy with.
If anyone has any advise or suggestions they would like to share about my plan that would be great!
