Well as you all know, I'm laid up & can't drive yet....but we need groceries & house-hold stuff.....so I make a list, send my hubby to Walmart and he went yesterday after work.....

He had to call me about 10 times from the store - Where's this? Where's that?? What do you want?? What's this mean??

And to top it all off - he left a bag at the store!! When he came home he was fit to be tied - sooooooo PO'd.....

So he has to go back to Walmart today + go to the grocery store.....

Poor guy.... :lmao:

Its scary when we let them out on their own. Even w/ detailed instructions. I guess that's why in history men just went out & killled whatever they came across, whereas women planted, tilled, gathered the things they planned ahead for, in addition to making bags & jars to hold the collected items in as well as carry the stuff themselves.

What I find hilarious is when you go into a baby store and you see the women in various stages from want-to-get-preg to kids-born-need-more-baby-stuff, and if the guy is w/ them -- they just hold onto the cart with deer-in-headlights eyes and blindly follow the wife around the store.

Yep Sassy it's funny...........I'm on the phone with him now advising him on what bread to buy..... it's been 9 minutes so far....

I love how they offer to do something for us. So, being the silly females that we are we say "WOW". Then it turns into us doing the planning, finding the schedule, purchasing the item, etc., etc. It is less of a hassle if we just do it ourselves.

I swear, sometimes I think men are no more complex than my 5 y.o. Rottie Mix (Samson). :)

Seriously, give your pooch some credit! ;)

LOL Just save the containers / bags / wrappers and let them loose to run around the grocery store to match the the labels!

When mine comes home with the food it is all in boxes, so for two weeks we all become transfat! At least he is phoning to find out where things are!

I saw a commercial once where the woman took pics of the products & sent the guy to the store with the pics... :lmao:

Now I just have to look over the receipt to see what he spent $100 on........

LMAO!

My dad is like that. He walks in wanting something like aspirin, walks out w/ several bags of stuff "just in case".
