you're kidding right??

if you're serious that's pretty harsh. i cant imagine doing something i dont like to do just because i feel like i 'have' to do it.

i mean... if god offered me the ultimate body and i would never have to go the gym again i'd decline the offer.

i'm sure most bros here would decline the offer to.

but hey bro... to each his own.

Doesn't like to lift! Shit I almost got into a fight at the gym a while back. I was scared they would kick me out of the gym if I pounded that punk. I LOVE THE GYM!

Profound indeed, warrior.

For myself, the Land of Iron is my home. Anywhere else I go, I'm just visiting.

I must squat tomorrow. Mighty deeds to be done. A battle to be fought. Weight to be moved. Another day, another challenge, another tale to tell.

See you under the bar, warriors.

its now a way of life.. a religious experience.

i get the chills sometimes as i walk into the gym anticipating another intense workout.

then the first set and the surge of power. the last rep burns and you're growling in pain. you put the weights down but it still hurts for a few seconds. you have look on your face as if you just broke a leg. thats how bad it should hurt.

some people just cant understand the intensity and gratification that lifting brings. to them, we're different and obsessed.

just wanted to get that out.
AMEN i am printing this and put on the wall in my gym;)
