I kid you not. I occassionally do squats and deadlifts and saw some results. But lately I have been climbing stairs and running for cardio and my quads have grown a little, but my calfs are way bigger. I thought my calves had reached their genetic limit, but with the long sustained burn I get from stair climbing, they are growing and this is with a low calorie diet. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this common, or were my legs just that much out of shape?
