things without any brown rice r whole wheat pastas

im getting a little bored with my creations

1 tbs olive oil
4 skinlees boneless chicken breast halves (about 1/4 lb total)
2-3 cloves garlic peeled &thinly sliced
1 tsp finely shreddded lime peel
2 Tbs lime juice (approx 2 limes)
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
1 orange

Put chicken pieces in ziplock bag and pound thin @1/4 in. set aside. Mix in a small bowl-lime peel, lime juice, ginger and red pepper- set aside. Peel orange, slice in half, and then cut crosswise into slices, reserving any juice. Heat oil in large skillet over med/high heat. Add chicken and garlic. Cook until chicken is no longer pink, turning once, around 3-4 min per side. Stir garlic occasionally. When chicken is cooked, add lime mixture and any orange juice to skillet. Place orange slices on top of chicken, cover and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through. Serve any reserve drippings over chicken.

I think you will like this one bro. Its low carb but its prob still better for a cheat day. I know how you like shrimp.
15 - 20 Extra large shrimp, cleaned and deveined
8 ozs Cream cheese, softened
15 - 20 Large jalapeno peppers, cut lengthwise, seeds/membrane removed
Creole/cajun seasoning
15 - 20 Slices bacon, more if nessesary
1 Bundle of green onions
Toothpicks
Sprinkle softened cream cheese with creole/cajun seasoning to taste, mix with a fork until bleneded.
Ad thinly sliced green onions and mix well.
Fill boat shaped peppers with cream cheese mixture.
Press a shrimp lightly into the cream cheese on top of the peppers.
Wrap each pepper/shrimp completely with slices of bacon until no pepper or shrimp can be seen. Secure bacon with a toothpick, make sure the pick goes all the way through so that the bacon is secured really well.
You can either smoke or grill these slowly until the bacon is lightly crispy. Lay aluminum foil with small holes in it so you can catch cream cheese if necessary.
Also, they can be broiled on low or baked.
Be sure bacon is done completely.

great for game day bro.
