Jill Mills Diet

Note that Julie Havelka looks VERY good also...AND I have seen that woman eat. She ate more than I did.

I for one think it is a travesty for people who are on gear (or have used gear) that have these "genetically gifted" bodies to encourage newcomers, veteran lifters or those than are not making any new gains to "keep at it, eat a lot, lift heavy and the cartoon-like muscle bound bodies you seek will come." It simply is not possible to make these seemingly superhuman like gains without the aide of some performance enhancing substance.

I have lifted and trained since I was 17, I now am 36. I always wanted the incredibly muscled look that some of the female pro's had/have. I even quite my job and committed myself -naturally-to achieving this. I hired a trainer, used the OTC supplements and traveled to Australia to train. Even though I have great genetics, I never, ever got close to what I use to think was a "naturally huge, muscled look." All I got was chronic neck, back and knee problems from years of pushing tons of weight and as a result of clenching my jaw-TMJ (2 surgeries to fix it) and a huge deficit in my wallet. The bone structure of my jaw never changed. Years later I tried a gear cycle and made incredible gains. Had I continued the gear there is no doubt I would have/had that superhero look that so many of the naive and gullible new comers seek. As time passes it doesn't seem that important to chase that ever elusive superhero look.

I am not asking for a complete and total admission of what goes on behind closed doors but just to be less misleading to those who admire and look to the pro's and high profile atheletes for guidance, encouragement, inspiration and hope to someday transform their bodies to something greater than the present-that's all.

I was not referring to anyone specific, but a few of the above posts implied that Jill got where she is by diet and heavy weights alone. Even with gear, muscle doesn't magically appear. You gotta move A LOT of weight and eat smart. I found that out. Either way Jill is lovely!

I just get tired of the jaw issue. It has more to do with bodyfat than anything else.

I've seen chicks juiced and fat with a round face and natural chicks lean with a square jaw.

We used to have an anoretic working at the gym that when she first started was probably around 15% bodyfat and had a lean but still rounded jaw, within a couple of years she was below 5% (measured clinically, DEXA and UW weigh). Her jaw looked like GI Joe's at 5%.

low bf and sunken cheeks = definition in jawline

androgenous hormone intake can = masculine features as well.

either way, its not up to people to hate on her because she carries so much muscle or whatever. whatever road someone chooses to get to their goal, is their choice.

as for the low caloric intake, just know that there are ways to stay anti catabolic and at least maintain muscle under low calorie conditions. its probably not miraculous food intake that makes this woman the way she is but a culmination of factors. i wont go into it, because its not my place to speculate.

I disagree with you W6. I think BF% does have a role in the jaw thing but even before getting lean one can see underlying bone structure (unless they weight 350lbs and their face looks like a basketball ) and the jaws of these women are not wide like they are after lengthy AAS use. You don't see 70lb, 4% or less BF anorexics with square jaw lines that are common to women on continuous steroid cycles. Fitness Olympia competitors have incredibly low BF% and you don't see their jaws looking like that of transexuals. Look at the side by side line up of the Miss Olympia and the Fitness Olympia.

I'm certianly not knocking gear use, I will probably do it again myself, but think that we need to be more informative and reliable about what will or can happen with continuous AAS use.

BTW, Jill has been a long time favorite of mine. She has one of the most flawless, razor sharp physiques in the biz. I wish I could have 3-4 hours with her to pick her brain... simply lovely

Good grief folks, absolutley not! I am not saying I don't use gear, never used gear, never will use it again or would imply my huge, ripped body (if I had one, lol) came naturally. Again, I am not saying any one pro or athelte implied this. It seems to be more lay people than anyone else implying achieving this look is possible without performannce enhancing supps. I for one love the look and if I could afford to maintain it would love turn pro.
